We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

- Unused

- In original condition

- In original packaging

- With the original tag attached

IMPORTANT — Tag Policy

Items must have the original tag attached.
If the security tag has been removed, the item is considered used and is not eligible for return or refund.

This policy is applied consistently to ensure fairness for all customers.

Items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

Return Shipping

If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (change of mind, preference, sizing, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
